Residents from Healthier Together communities in Palm Beach County shared stories about life in their neighborhoods between August 2018 and March 2019. Most were between the ages of 51 and 60, and 66% were Black. More than half lived in Boynton Beach, Florida, and almost a fourth lived in the Glades.
